We aim to deliver your goods a soon as possible. We will contact you when your goods are not in stock to discuss your options. If you were unable to receive your parcel in person, please look for the card that the courier left and contact them for redelivery.
In the event that your order is lost, please contact us immediately.
Please inspect your goods as soon as practicable upon delivery.
In the event of damage, faulty goods or short supply, please notify us in writing within 5 days of receipt.
We will require the faulty goods to be returned to us or a photo of the damaged goods and we shall be limited to making good the fault, replacing the goods or refunding the price at our absolute discretion.
You have the right to return an item subject to the following:
• The product must be in new, unused and in resalable condition
• You must inform us of the cancellation within 7 days (excluding weekends)of receipt.
• You must return the item(s) in its original packing within 14 days of receipt to the return address provided.
• If an item is proven to be faulty and you have informed us within 14 days of receipt, we shall accept your return.
• We shall make full item refund for goods returned under the above terms.
